I was telling AC the other day how disappointing it is that school never taught me about  Richard and Mildred Loving and their landmark Supreme Court case that banned inter-racial marriage in the United States. Well, not until college at least. 

I’ll be watching The Loving Story tonight when it premiers on HBO and I have high hopes for it. The thing I still have trouble wrapping my brain around is all of this happened in 1958, That’s not ancient history, folks.
